‘‘Empty Container Management Services at BDCGP to Minimize Liner Costs’’

We are pleased to offer our specialized services to Liner Principals for the efficient management of empty containers at Chittagong Port (CGP). With extensive experience in this field, we are committed to minimizing port storage costs, enhancing operational transparency, and ensuring faster container turnaround.

Due to ongoing congestion at CGP, timely removal of empty containers has become challenging. As a result, liner principals are often facing high port storage charges. Our service is designed to address this issue by ensuring immediate evacuation of empty containers after destuffing and transferring them quickly to designated depots or berth operator vehicles.

If you can appoint us independently— without any contribution of the Local Agents or local Representative —we can send transparent reporting that ensures no unscrupulous local agents or local Representative can manipulate the process or submit inflated or fraudulent bills related to port storage including Maintenance & Repair (M&R) costs to the Liner’s Principal.

Through our efficient operation, we aim to significantly reduce container dwell time and help save a substantial portion of port storage expenses.

Our Key Services:
• Daily monitoring of destuffing and empty container removal.
• Prompt evacuation of empty containers to minimize Port storage charges.
• Daily reporting (with copy to local agent) showing actual activities and container stay details at the Port.
• Full visibility of container movement and cost-related data.

We also provide daily Maintenance & Repair (M&R) reports, ensuring that all repair activities are properly recorded and transparent. Our workshop and mobile teams are available 24/7 to support timely operations.

To maintain full transparency, we propose to work directly with the Principal and submit regular reports reflecting actual work performed, including container storage status. This helps ensure proper cost control and accurate billing.

Billing Process: Invoices will be submitted to the Principal’s head office between the 1st and 10th of each month. Upon verification, payment may be arranged through the local agent as per your instruction.
